To freeze cooked hamburger patties: Wrap each patty individually in aluminum foil. Don’t wrap them together since they’re likely to stick. Place the patties in a freezer-safe bag with the date marked on it—place in the freezer for up to three months.
To freeze uncooked burger patties: Arrange raw patties in a single layer on a baking sheet and cover tightly with storage wrap. Freeze for at least a few hours or up to overnight. When the patties are frozen, wrap them individually in foil. Place wrapped patties in a freezer-safe bag labeled with the date. Freeze for up to three months.

Ingredients

3 tablespoons of Breadcrumbs
1 large Egg
2 tablespoons of Full Cream Milk
1 tablespoon Smoky BBQ Sauce
2 cloves of Garlic, chopped
½ Yellow Onion, diced
½ teaspoon of Salt
½ teaspoon Black Pepper
2 slices of Cheese
3 Potatoes
3 slices of Tomato
For Homemade Sauce:
1 tablespoon Smoky BBQ Sauce
1 tablespoon Ketchup
Directions
- Steam the potatoes for 20 minutes. Slice them into thick wedges.
- Set out a large mixing bowl and add the ground pork, garlic, yellow onion, bread crumbs, egg, smoky BBQ sauce, full cream milk, black pepper, and salt. Use your hands to mix the ingredients until they are just combined.
- Take 1/7 of the meat mixture and use your hands to press it into the shape of a hamburger patty that is about ¾ inch thick—Pat out excess air before frying to prevent popping during frying. Make an indention in the middle of the patty to prevent bulging in the center of the hamburger as it cooks.
- Place the patties on the pan. Cook 3-4 minutes on the first side. Flip the patties over and cook an additional 3-4 minutes, until the patties have reached the desired doneness.
- Place the patties onto the cooling rack, add cheese, tomato and potatoes and bake for about 10 minutes. Bake until cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle some dry parsley and pour the smoky sauce at the end.
- Homemade Sauce:
- Pour the smoky sauce, ketchup, and a little water into the oil left after frying the pork patties. Stir evenly.
